Our office is open Monday through Thursday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm for regularly scheduled appointments. We are available, to our patients, for emergencies 24 hours a day. Trying to accommodate each patient's individual needs and work schedules into our appointment book is not easy! We have found it necessary for patients to give us at least 48 hours notice of a wish to change their appointments. Your phone calls are much appreciated. Failure to follow this policy will, regrettably, result in a financial charge to the patient's account. Happily, we have found patients becoming much more aware of the ramifications of missing their scheduled appointments. We realize, of course, that emergencies do happen and we will try to work with you, but, we cannot overemphasize our appreciation to our patients for keeping to their planned schedule.

Children
We enjoy seeing families with children. We consider the psychological acceptance of dental treatment by a child as important as the physical aspect. Our highest priority is making a child's visit and the treatment as pleasant as possible. We like to start most children with their basic recall visits at 3-4 years of age.
Emergencies

We will do our best to respond to your emergency needs as promptly as possible. Calling early in the day is greatly appreciated, allowing us to accommodate you more easily into Doctor's heavily scheduled day. If a problem arises when the office is closed, call (707) 255-3007 to reach the answering service. Give the service a description of your condition and they will promptly forward your message to the Doctor. To minimize a patient's embarrassment and inconvenience, repairs and relines of dentures may often be performed as a "one day" service.
